About The Position

The Marketing Insights & Analytics Strategist role is responsible for transforming data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights that inform marketing strategy, optimize performance, and support leadership decision-making. This role will act as the central hub for marketing intelligence connecting performance data, consumer insights, and market research to build a balanced, data-driven narrative.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, statistics, economics, or a related field.
  • 7 years of experience in marketing analytics, insights, or market research, ideally in health care, multi-location enterprise, or a complex consumer-facing industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
  • Strong proficiency with analytics platforms (GA4, Siteimprove, Freshpaint, SEO tools, social listening tools, CRM reporting).
  • Experience integrating market research data (e.g., NRC, survey platforms) with performance analytics.
  • Strong data visualization and presentation skills (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
  • Ability to connect diverse data points into strategic insights.
  • Adept at distinguishing correlation from causation and providing balanced, unbiased recommendations.
  • Exceptional ability to translate data into compelling stories for senior leadership.
  • Confident presenter comfortable with executive-level audiences.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
