We need someone who wakes up obsessed with getting M3 Networks in front of the right people — someone who builds brand attention, attracts prospective clients, and is comfortable being the first human voice they talk to. You’re part marketer, part brand builder, part business development — and you love all three. M3 Networks is a managed IT services company based in Southlake, TX. We make technology simple, reliable, and stress-free for growing businesses across DFW. Our brand is built on trust, responsiveness, and doing what we say we’re going to do. Your job is to make sure the right people know we exist — and want to talk to us.

Requirements

3+ years of B2B marketing experience — show us results, not just responsibilities
Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/marketing automation platform
Proven track record of generating leads and filling a pipeline — not just managing campaigns
Comfortable being the first voice a prospect hears — you can qualify, not just market
Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and local networking/events
Strong writing skills — you can write copy that sounds human and actually gets read
Self-starter energy — you don’t wait to be told what to do next

Responsibilities

Build and manage M3’s presence across LinkedIn, social media, email, and local DFW market channels
Create content that makes people stop scrolling — not fluff, real stuff that matters to business owners
Own the M3 brand voice and make sure everything we put out feels consistent and credible
Manage SEO, website content, and inbound visibility so prospects find us before we find them
Build and execute outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events) targeting the right companies in DFW
Manage GoHighLevel CRM — campaigns, workflows, follow-up sequences, and pipeline hygiene
Coordinate chamber events, networking, sponsorships, and local visibility opportunities
Track and report on lead generation metrics weekly — what’s working, what’s not, what’s next
Be the first point of contact for inbound leads — qualify them, make them feel welcomed, and determine fit
Have honest conversations that determine whether a prospect is a good fit for M3’s services before passing to Michael
Set discovery meetings and manage early-stage pipeline in GoHighLevel
Follow up persistently and professionally — you understand that deals are won and lost in the follow-up
