About The Position

The Event Coordinator role supports the planning and execution of industry events across our portfolio markets. This role will play a key part in delivering high-impact trade shows, conferences, and customer-facing events that elevate our brand, support sales objectives, and strengthen relationships across the aviation community. This role sits in a hybrid arrangement, in Austin, TX.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience coordinating events, trade shows, or experiential marketing
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with vendors, exhibit houses, and event organizers
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with aviation, B2B marketing, B2C, or technology-driven events is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and execution for industry events, including trade shows, conferences, customer events, and sponsorships
• Manage event timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, and on-site support
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align event strategy and messaging
• Support exhibit planning, shipping, installation/dismantle, and asset management
• Track event deliverables, deadlines, and post-event reporting
• Ensure consistent brand representation and exceptional attendee experiences
