Hazen and Sawyer are seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator in one of the following offices: Los Angeles, CA; Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; Concord, CA; Denver, CO; Tempe, AZ; Seattle, WA. The Marketing & Events Coordinator primarily supports client-facing events in the West, Northwest, and Intermountain regions, while also providing support for events across the firm as needed. This role is responsible for planning and executing high-quality corporate events that strengthen client relationships, enhance Hazen’s brand presence, and support business development initiatives. Our ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, energetic self-starter, who enjoys working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. They will be proactive and comfortable managing multiple events simultaneously and possess outstanding organization, time management and communication skills.
