As Marketing Director, the primary focus will be on driving customer traffic to stores, achieving sales goals, and managing customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role involves partnering with all Fleet Feet Nashville departments and staff, as well as managing a small marketing team that significantly impacts stores and the community. Reporting to the General Manager, the Director of Marketing will be responsible for defining Fleet Feet Nashville’s brand and marketing strategies, social media marketing, email marketing, outreach events and expos, and race partnerships. The ideal candidate is proficient at converting customer insights into effective growth and outreach approaches, coordinating multiple long-term projects simultaneously, and managing interdepartmental teams.
