About The Position

Own demand gen, shape the story, and build a real marketing function from day one. This is a true department-of-one role inside a fast-growing B2B software organization serving regulated industries. You will not inherit a big team or a polished playbook. You will inherit real ownership, direct access to leadership, outsourced support you can manage, and a clear mandate to create more pipeline and sharpen how the company shows up in market.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B marketing
  • Strong demand gen experience tied to pipeline
  • Strong HubSpot experience
  • Experience working closely with sales teams
  • Comfortable as a department-of-one
  • Strong presentation and executive communication skills

  • B2B SaaS experience
  • Regulated industry experience
  • Apollo or similar outbound tools
  • Agency or vendor management experience

Responsibilities

  • Build top-of-funnel demand generation programs
  • Own messaging, positioning, and brand story
  • Partner tightly with sales on pipeline growth
  • Define MQLs and funnel reporting in HubSpot
  • Manage outsourced marketing partners and output
  • Recommend campaigns, events, and budget priorities
  • Turn broad goals into clear weekly execution
