The Marketing Director is a strategic, channel-fluent leader responsible for driving integrated marketing across the organization — from campaign development and content strategy to audience growth and performance analysis. The Marketing Director will work in close collaboration with the Creative Director to connect our creative team's output to the right channels and reach the right audiences. Reporting to the VP of Marketing & Communications, this role translates organizational priorities into campaigns that move audiences, manages a small but capable team, and works cross-functionally to understand priorities and drive business objectives. The right person brings fluency across paid and organic channels, a track record of building and growing audiences, a systems-thinking mindset, and a genuine passion for mission-driven work.
