About The Position

This is a unique opportunity to lead the U.S. marketing strategy for a globally recognized apparel brand. The successful candidate will shape the company’s market presence, bridge cultural collaboration between Korea and the U.S., and drive the next phase of brand growth.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of progressive marketing experience in apparel, fashion, or lifestyle brands
  • Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written) — required.
  • Experience working with or within Korean corporate culture.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. apparel, retail, and e -commerce markets.
  • Expertise in trade show management, digital marketing, and brand development.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and cross -functional collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel (20%+).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels — retail, digital, PR, and event marketing.
  • Lead planning and execution of seasonal and product -specific campaigns
  • Oversee trade show strategy and execution
  • Drive performance in e -commerce, social media, influencer marketing, and paid digital campaigns
  • Analyze market data, consumer behavior, and competitive trends to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and measure ROI across campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing associates and graphic designers, fostering creativity and accountability.
