About The Position

Manage full accounting operations: GL, AR, AP, tax, payroll, and month-end/year-end closing. Prepare accurate financial reports and ensure compliance with regulations. Use QuickBooks for accounting, reporting, and analysis. Design and control management systems across finance, sales, inventory, and purchasing. Collaborate with departments to improve processes and operational efficiency. Support ERP or IT system implementation and maintenance. Lead and mentor accounting staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7–15 years of experience in accounting or finance management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, payroll, tax, and financial reporting.
• Advanced QuickBooks skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to design and control company-wide operational systems.
• Korean Bilingual required

Nice To Haves

• CPA preferred
• ERP or IT system experience is a plus
