About The Position

This is a unique opportunity to lead the U.S. marketing strategy for a globally recognized apparel brand. The successful candidate will shape the company’s market presence, bridge cultural collaboration between Korea and the U.S., and drive the next phase of brand growth.

Requirements

10–15 years of progressive marketing experience in apparel, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written) — required.
Experience working with or within Korean corporate culture.
Strong understanding of the U.S. apparel, retail, and e-commerce markets.
Expertise in trade show management, digital marketing, and brand development.
Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Willingness to travel (20%+).

Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with global objectives and resonate with U.S. consumers.
Ensure brand consistency across all channels — retail, digital, PR, and event marketing.
Lead planning and execution of seasonal and product-specific campaigns tailored for the U.S. market.
Oversee trade show strategy and execution, including booth design, brand storytelling, and event coordination.
Drive performance in e-commerce, social media, influencer marketing, and paid digital campaigns.
Analyze market data, consumer behavior, and competitive trends to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and measure ROI across campaigns.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing associates and graphic designers, fostering creativity and accountability.
