About The Position

We are currently building next-generation data centers and seeking an Electrical Engineer to develop and deliver electrical system designs, including power distribution, equipment wiring, electrical interfaces, safety systems, and commissioning support. This role supports all phases of the project, from conceptual design to operations and future modifications. This person is not just an "office engineer." The ideal candidate will love taking their designs from a high-powered workstation directly to the field, seeing logic circuits come to life in massive telecommunication hubs and construction sites.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial, research, or laboratory electrical system design.
  • Strong background in power distribution, electrical protection, grounding, and control wiring.
  • Ability to produce electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and cable routing documentation.
  • Proficiency in schematic and wiring design tools (Altium, AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical, Zuken, or similar).
  • Experience designing or integrating electrical panels, instrumentation circuits, or interlock systems.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and electrical safety standards (UL, CE, or ABS requirements).
  • Experience supporting electrical installation, testing, and commissioning in a technical facility.
  • Understanding of grounding strategies, shielding, and noise mitigation in sensitive systems.
  • Bilingual: Proficiency in both English and Korean is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the electrical design for projects, including power distribution and wiring architecture.
  • Develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and cable routing strategies.
  • Understand and apply domestic and international electrical regulations (NEC, NFPA, etc.) and industrial standards to all design and construction documents.
  • Establish and manage the master plan (overall schedule) and detailed process schedules for project execution.
  • Perform Material Take-off (MTO) to calculate required quantities and prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for electrical construction and installation.
  • Calculate manpower requirements based on project schedule and scale and develop personnel deployment plans.
  • Develop and document system requirements and specifications for electrical subsystems (power distribution, computing, sensing, and communications).
  • Evaluate and select or design components suitable for reliable operation in harsh environments.
  • Define electrical interfaces between diagnostic, mechanical, and control systems.
  • Ensure NEC, NFPA, and facility safety compliance across all installations.
  • Oversee environmental qualification testing, including vibration, thermal cycling, ingress protection, and EMI/EMC compliance.
  • Support prototype builds, troubleshooting, and commissioning through lab and field testing.
  • Author detailed design documentation, including specifications, trade studies, and system integration standards.
  • Support electrical installation planning, panel design, protective devices, and interlocks.
  • Assist with commissioning, functional testing, and fault diagnosis.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive Health, Vision & Dental Insurance
  • 401(k) Company Match (3%)
  • Paid Vacation, Sick Time & Holidays
