About The Position

Americas Test Kitchen (ATK) is seeking a strategic and collaborative Marketing Director, Streaming & Partnerships to lead marketing strategy and partner engagement across our growing FAST, OTT & digital subscriber ecosystems. This is an externally facing role that will represent the ATK marketing team in key conversations that span business development, sponsorships, brand integrations, viewer engagement & subscriber acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a wealth of experience at activating partner relationships in the media vertical, inclusive of marketing strategy for streaming channels, video content, programming launches, & branded content. This leader will be responsible for partnership ideation & execution, driving awareness, tune-in, viewership growth, and ultimately revenue through innovative promotions and co-marketing partnerships. They will serve as the connective tissue between the partner and ATKs content, creative, marketing, distribution and brand partnership teams. Reports to: Vice President of Marketing

Requirements

  • 812+ years of experience in a strategic marketing role supporting partnership activations
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
  • Proven success leading platform marketing, co-marketing partnerships, and cross-functional initiatives in the media vertical
  • Strong understanding of FAST/OTT distribution models, platform ecosystems, and performance metrics.
  • Understanding of how to develop impactful marketing creative across CTV, Social and Mobile environments
  • Highly strategic yet execution-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple partners and initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Streaming & FAST Marketing Strategy Lead end-to-end marketing strategy for ATKs FAST channels and original programming across major streaming platforms including Netflix, Roku, Amazon Prime Video, Pluto TV, Samsung TV+, Vizio WatchFree+, LG Channels, Xumo Play, and others.
  • Drive awareness and tune-in through integrated promotional campaigns, cross-platform storytelling, and platform-specific marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends, platform innovations, and competitive activity in the FAST/OTT landscape to inform strategy and opportunity identification.
  • Brand Partnerships, Sponsorships & Cross-Functional Leadership Serve as strategic marketing partner to Sponsorships and Brand Partnerships teams, supporting ideation, pitching, strategy, and execution of original and co-branded content.
  • Work cross-functionally with content, creative, video, and marketing teams to align messaging, assets, and storytelling across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Act as a quarterback across internal teams to support continued business growth, including sponsorship revenue, subscriber acquisition, and brand-enhancing executions
  • Platform Partnerships & Co-Marketing Build, manage, and deepen strong, mutually beneficial relationships with platform marketing and content teams.
  • Serve as ATKs primary marketing lead in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), aligning on performance, learnings, and upcoming initiatives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and execute co-marketing and promotional opportunities that accelerate channel growth, viewership (HOV), and revenue.
  • Champion ATK internally and externally to optimize visibility, positioning, and long-term platform success.
  • Promotions, Launches & Campaign Execution Lead promotional planning for new show launches, channel launches, and exclusive platform initiatives.
  • Create marketing briefs for each major campaign to align internal ATK stakeholders on objectives, audience targets, brand positioning, media formats and key timelines
  • Develop and submit monthly marathon promotion concepts, platform-specific materials, and follow-up advocacy to secure placement.
  • Oversee promo refresh cycles, ensuring creative remains current, effective, and aligned with platform needs.
  • Evaluate and approve free promotional opportunities, recognizing their strategic value for channel awareness and performance.
  • YouTube Originals & Social Promotion Partner closely with the YouTube Originals team as the marketing liaison for show launches, programming slates, and platform initiatives.
  • Coordinate FAST-focused social promotion with the Marketing team, planning posts and campaigns to support launches and platform moments.
  • Oversee development of FAST-specific social assets, including vertical (9:16) video formats, as needed.
  • Messaging, Copy & Performance Optimization Create, review, and refine promo scripts and calls-to-action (CTAs) across all FAST platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice, terminology, and messaging.
  • Partner on performance measurement, reporting, and optimization using platform analytics, engagement KPIs, and partnership results.
  • Ensure all promotional copy and creative aligns with ATK brand guidelines, business goals, and target audiences.
