Supergoop! is seeking a Director of Sports Partnerships to lead the strategy, execution, and longer-term vision of the brand’s sports partnership programs. This role reports to the CMO and plays a critical role in driving measurable brand growth, including shifting brand equity, accelerating awareness, and acquiring relevant new customers through culturally relevant sports partnerships. The Director will be responsible for building and identifying partnership platforms that meaningfully advance Supergoop!’s SPF leadership and credibility, ensuring partnerships are not just visible, but truly equity-building for the brand. This is a high-impact, highly cross-functional role for a leader who can think big, balance long-term thinking with short-term action, and roll up their sleeves to bring best-in-class 360° programs to life. The ideal candidate is both a strategist and an exceptional doer, capable of inspiring internal teams and external partners alike.
