About The Position

Locala is the world’s leading commerce media platform, leveraging consumer insights and location data to increase brand awareness, drive consumers to store, and deliver smarter business outcomes. Our proprietary technology enables local advertising and insights at scale, all while meeting the highest user privacy standards in the industry. We are hiring a Marketing Director (North America) to act as the CMO’s right hand—a highly organized, execution-driven operator who can translate strategy into account-level impact and pipeline. This role is for hands-on-on doers obsessed with outcomes, not marketers who wait for briefs. This is an ABM-first role focused on orchestrating programs across priority accounts—not simply building assets, but ensuring everything is aligned, activated, and driving revenue. This role reports to the CMO and is expected to be in the office 3 days per week.

Requirements

  • Highly organized, execution-focused operator.
  • 7–12 years in ABM, field marketing, or B2B revenue marketing.
  • Proven ability to run complex, multi-threaded enterprise programs.
  • Experience managing small teams and directing specialist functions.
  • Strong partnership with Sales; comfortable in deal cycles.
  • Experience in adtech, media, or digital marketing.
  • Fluent in English

Nice To Haves

  • French/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

  • ABM Strategy & Orchestration: Own the North America ABM program; define account tiers and plays; orchestrate execution across teams.
  • CMO Right Hand (Execution Engine): Translate strategy into plans; run cadences; ensure alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product.
  • Sales Partnership & Deal Acceleration: Support account planning and deal progression; deploy the right assets via enablement teams.
  • Field & Executive Programs: Execute high-impact programs tied to target accounts and pipeline outcomes.
  • Tentpole Events: Partner with our wider global team for event activations, aligned with account strategies, at major industry events including Cannes Lions, Possible, AdWeek etc…
  • Team Leadership: Manage a lean team of 2–3 specialists (content, events); ensure alignment to revenue goals.
  • Performance & Accountability: Track engagement, pipeline impact, and optimize continuously.
