About The Position

As the Marketing Director, Digital Solutions for Patient Care Solutions USCAN you will be responsible for developing, influencing, and activating a customer-focused solutions marketing approach in the U.S. and Canada. You will learn about customers’ needs and what portfolio products (software & platforms), services, creative acquisition options, and additional expertise GE HealthCare has to offer to meet those needs. You will look for ways, big and small, to position and differentiate GE HealthCare solutions (including new offerings) to customers, sales, and the broader market. You will work deeply and broadly with regional business teams and marketing colleagues, product managers, global marketers, 3rd party partners, and others to help deliver growth to the region. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required; MBA preferred.
  • Strong digital solution marketing experience and/or 8+ years of experience in medical device marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and create marketing plans and programs to position GE HealthCare solutions to win with customers and priority personas (including technical buyers) and prove GE HealthCare is creating a world where healthcare has no limits.
  • Execute commercial strategies for growth including, but not limited to, sales enablement, digital marketing, account-based marketing, experiential activities, and customer loyalty marketing including managing Users Groups.
  • Collaborate directly with customers, our Outcomes team, sales leadership, Sales, and 3rd party partners to tell the impact stories of our solutions for customers and patients.
  • Use customer, market, and competitive research, along with colleague insights and expertise, to understand customers’ clinical, operational, and economic needs to identify opportunities.
  • Contribute to globally developed, research-based materials that strengthen value propositions for GE HealthCare solutions.
  • Be partnership-minded, always looking for a way to say “Yes, and…” and create trust by being a colleague willing to pitch in every day.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, marketing, and business colleagues to understand goals and priorities within the portfolio in the U.S. and Canada.
  • Build relationships with marketing colleagues, bringing them up to speed on portfolio insights, positioning and opportunities to aid in marketing communications content development and channel execution.
