As a Director of Annuity Product Marketing, this position will manage a team of product marketing strategists and consultants who create comprehensive marketing campaigns to meet business objectives for the annuity product line, including product positioning, product materials, sales concepts, and B2B go-to-market strategies. The person in this role must have experience developing marketing strategy, a strong understanding of annuities, deep knowledge of the industry, and the ability to build relationships and collaborate closely with business partners and stakeholders. This person is a player / coach with the ability to build a high-performing team, while also able to produce marketing deliverables. This role is part of the Product Marketing Strategy group that is responsible for crafting clear and compelling stories, and comprehensive omni-channel marketing campaigns to drive product sales by increasing financial professional, partners, and client engagement. We are a highly collaborative team that supports marketing needs across all MassMutual product lines and distribution channels.
