Dayforce is seeking a strategic, marketing-first leader to serve as Marketing Digital Transformation Lead. This senior individual contributor will play a critical role in advancing a multi-year transformation initiative to modernize Marketing’s technology ecosystem, embed AI-enabled capabilities, and reimagine how Marketing operates at scale. This role will be a key driver of Dayforce’s growth acceleration, spearheading the capabilities required of increasingly agile, streamlined, and high-performance demand engine. Reporting to the VP, Marketing Digital Transformation & Operations, this role serves as Marketing’s senior business representative across our evolving MarTech landscape. In close partnership with Marketing leaders and IT partners, this individual will ensure Marketing’s priorities, workflows, and future-state ambitions for our growth – including high-impact, responsible application of AI – are clearly defined, aligned, and translated into a pragmatic, value-driven roadmap. This is not a technical product owner role. It is a business transformation leadership role requiring deep marketing expertise with a background in driving growth, strong MarTech fluency, enterprise influence, and a passion for building scalable operating models that accelerate data-driven demand generation.
