About The Position

As our Digital Marketing Lead, you will be the primary owner of Goodstart’s websites and intranet, driving their strategic direction, day‑to‑day maintenance, governance, optimisation and continual improvement. You will lead the development and delivery of our annual Digital Program of Work, spanning website enhancements, user experience design, CMS governance, digital content standards, SEO/SEM, and performance optimisation. Partnering with cross‑functional teams, you’ll ensure our digital platforms support enterprise priorities and deliver seamless, insight‑led journeys for families and Goodstarters across Australia.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing national websites, intranet platforms and CMS environments
  • Strong capability in website optimisation, UX, UAT, platform enhancements and digital governance
  • Experience delivering digital programs of work, platform roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives
  • High proficiency across Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, digital dashboards and performance tools
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, content optimisation, A/B testing, email marketing and CRM platforms
  • Ability to translate insights into actionable digital improvements
  • Strength in stakeholder management within complex organisations
  • Experience leading digital teams and agency partners
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify technical information
  • Current QLD Blue Card or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

  • Lead and own Goodstart’s website and intranet environments, ensuring they are accurate, accessible, up to date, compliant and optimised
  • Oversee the structure, governance, content management and performance of all digital platforms
  • Manage CMS administration, page builds, content updates, tagging, QA, and publishing workflows
  • Lead website enhancements from scope and briefing through to UX, design, development, UAT and deployment
  • Drive UX, accessibility, conversion and navigation optimisation to improve end‑to‑end journeys
  • Develop and deliver Goodstart’s Digital Program of Work, aligned to enterprise growth priorities
  • Leverage analytics, dashboards, segmentation and insights to continuously improve performance
  • Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid media, email, automation and social)
  • Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, IT and Operations to ensure alignment and platform consistency
  • Lead a high‑performing digital team, fostering innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement
