About The Position

In the Client & Products team, we are transforming the way we work but also driving the right client outcomes and growth across our fast-growing Crown Dependencies business. This 12 month fixed term/ secondment role starting from mid April, will be focused on delivering our marketing aspirations - managing the delivery of our marketing plans across all channels from websites to events, with alignment to our Crown Dependencies strategy. You’ll be working in collaboration with our Crown Dependencies Client and Product teams across commercial, retail, and international banking, leveraging LBG capability to enhance our strategy and marketing capability. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, pro-active and detail orientated, that enjoys working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. You will demonstrate good judgement plus excellent external market knowledge, relationship building, communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

Influencing Skills: Great interpersonal and relationship building skills, coupled with the confidence and creativity to communicate to a range of audiences including senior executives.
Social media: Experience in creating engaging social media content tailored to different audiences and growing organic social media followers.
Data-Driven Marketing: Expert in data-driven marketing, highly numerate, skilled in interpreting performance data and making budget recommendations.
Presentation Skills: Excellent written and verbal presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to influence colleagues and external partners.
Time Management: Pragmatic, collaborative, and proactive approach to work with the ability to take ownership and exercise good judgement, and work at pace with a prudent approach to risk. Effective prioritisation skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
