About The Position

We are seeking a Marketing Development Representative to support growth marketing initiatives within a B2B financial services environment. This role focuses on execution and coordination across field event recruitment, account -based marketing (ABM) research and enablement, and marketing qualified lead (MQL) analytics support. This is an execution -focused role ideal for someone who is organized, data -curious, proactive, and comfortable working cross -functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to keep complex workstreams moving forward.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in growth marketing, marketing development, sales development (BDR), or similar roles
  • Strong experience supporting B2B / enterprise marketing efforts
  • Hands -on experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and 6sense
  • Experience with event recruitment, ABM, or account engagement strategies
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
  • Data -driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and adjust tactics
  • Excellent communication and relationship -building skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

  • Sales Development / BDR experience with a strong interest in Marketing or
  • Marketing experience with close alignment and partnership with Sales
  • Prior ABM experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Own recruitment execution for priority field and in -person events
  • Partner with Sales, Field Events, and Marketing to drive qualified registrations and confirmed attendance
  • Execute outreach using call and email sequences via Outreach
  • Track recruitment funnel metrics (invites, registrations, confirmations, attendance) and flag risks early
  • Recommend and implement optimizations to improve show rates
  • Support ABM initiatives through target account research, list hygiene, and engagement analysis
  • Monitor engagement trends across assigned target accounts and surface insights
  • Recommend next -step actions to Sales and draft supporting email or call scripts
  • Execute tailored outreach when needed to accelerate engagement and pipeline growth
  • Support list imports for ABM programs (e.g., content syndication)
  • Partner with the hiring manager to monitor MQL performance trends
  • Help investigate and resolve MQL routing and operational issues
  • Drive cross -functional follow -through to resolution while keeping stakeholders informed
