As our Marketing & Business Development Representative , you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth. You’ll support marketing efforts, engage with potential customers, and help the team achieve business objectives.

  • Assisting in the development and execution of the annual marketing plan
  • Supporting the sales team with lead generation and customer outreach
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and resolving any concerns or complaints
  • Coordinating and executing marketing events and campaigns
  • Managing relationships with centers of influence (COIs) and potential clients
  • Maintaining customer data and reporting on key performance metrics
  • Helping create and manage marketing materials and content for digital and offline channels
  • Supporting the team with any ad hoc business development tasks
  • Social media management, including creating and posting content to promote the company and its services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to execute marketing strategies
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using software tools (CRM, marketing platforms, etc.)
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the role
