About The Position

Are you a creative designer who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment? Do you love seeing your work come to life across stores, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns? At Balls Foods & Brands, we're looking for a Marketing Design Lead to bring our brand to life across every customer touchpoint-from in-store signage to digital campaigns and everything in between. This is a high-impact role supporting our family of retail grocery stores, where your creativity directly shapes the customer experience. As our Marketing Design Lead, you'll serve as a key creative partner across marketing, merchandising, and operations-owning design execution from concept to completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in retail or grocery marketing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience working with print production and managing print projects
  • Familiarity with digital design for social media, email, website platforms, and multi-channel campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with third-party vendors and agencies
  • Knowledge of print and digital advertising best practices

Responsibilities

  • Design eye-catching in-store signage that enhances the shopping experience
  • Create digital assets for social media, email campaigns, and website content
  • Develop targeted Hispanic advertising for select store communities
  • Lead layout and design for Hen House magazine
  • Ensure brand consistency across multi-channel marketing campaigns (print, digital, in-store)
  • Support internal communications like company newsletters, HR campaigns, and breakroom TV content
  • Manage print bids and production for marketing materials
  • Partner with external vendors to ensure quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery
  • Work closely with agency partners and AWG on website updates and digital asset management
  • Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and HR teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Communicate across departments to gather inputs and maintain brand standards
