About The Position

The Marketing & Design Specialist supports the sales team by creating high-quality marketing materials, managing digital content, and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms. This role is responsible for the execution of marketing initiatives, including graphic design, content creation, and website updates. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and responsive to the needs of a fast-paced sales organization. This position focuses on delivering impactful, sales-enabling content rather than high-level marketing strategy.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Create Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and/or Canva
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance tracking

  • Experience supporting a sales organization or creating client-facing materials strong preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing materials including sales collateral, presentations, one-pagers, and proposals
  • Partner with the sales team to create customized client-facing materials and pitch decks
  • Manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards
  • Create and schedule content for social media and other digital channels
  • Maintain brand consistency across all internal and external communications
  • Support email marketing campaigns, including design and content development
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and develop marketing assets
  • Edit and format documents, presentations, and graphics for professional use
  • Track and organize marketing assets for easy access and reuse
  • Assist with light analytics tracking (e.g., campaign performance, engagement metrics)
