The Database Manager is responsible for all analysis performed and direct mail files prepared for the designated mail house; providing team support with regard to all planning and analysis; for managing all databases and lists supporting Marketing and Gaming programs. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. Essential Job Functions: Responsible for providing analysis of player-tracking information. Create automated reports while identifying errors and possible anomalies. Use existing databases to create reports and answer key questions about guest activity such as inquiries regarding demographics, profitability, and campaign redemption. Provide ad-hoc information, reports, databases, lists and analyses for the Marketing departments as well as other property departments as needed. Assist in the creation of ROI reports. Work with marketing management to develop analytical methods and practices. Responsible for assisting in developing, coordinating and implementing all aspects and activities of the database in accordance with establish policies, procedures and controls. Assist and participate in marketing functions as necessary. Responsible for the design and implementation of databases and systems used for operational Marketing efforts. Query and extract files for data analyses. Assist the Executive Director of Marketing in designing and implementing predictive models to streamline marketing efforts. Assists in other projects and handles job tasks as deemed appropriate. Attends meetings as necessary. Meets attendance guidelines and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
