About The Position

This role offers a key opportunity to lead data-driven marketing initiatives and optimize audience engagement across multiple channels. You will be responsible for managing email and direct mail data, audience segmentation, analytics, reporting, and marketing automation. Acting as the bridge between marketing, membership, web, and business intelligence teams, you will ensure high-quality, actionable data supports campaign execution, audience growth, and conversion strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys translating complex data into insights, and has a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4–6 years of professional experience in marketing operations, data analytics, or digital marketing
  • Advanced Salesforce Marketing Cloud skills (Data Extensions, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, triggered campaigns)
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL experience for data segmentation, filtering, and reporting
  • Expertise in multi-channel analytics tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, or equivalent platforms
  • Experience in campaign tracking, UTM structures, and attribution methodologies
  • Strong data visualization, storytelling, and reporting capabilities
  • Knowledge of CRM integration and marketing automation data flows
  • Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex data and automation issues
  • Experience supporting lead-generation pipelines and multi-channel marketing campaigns

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Google Analytics, and experience in audience modeling

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and QA data extensions for email segmentation, targeting, and personalization
  • Develop scalable segmentation logic based on audience profiles, behaviors, lifecycle stage, and campaign requirements
  • Prepare data extracts and segmentation for direct mail acquisition, renewal, and cross-sell campaigns
  • Assist with marketing automation workflows, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys and triggered campaigns
  • Aggregate, validate, and maintain dashboards to report on email, web, digital advertising, and direct mail performance
  • Track campaign performance, attribution, and analytics across channels to provide actionable insights for marketing teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, campaign accuracy, and insight generation
  • Document workflows, data schemas, segmentation logic, and reporting standards for consistency and scalability
