About The Position

We are seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to support our marketing and data teams by leveraging data to inform strategy, measure performance, and optimize marketing efforts. The role reports to the Data Strategy and Reporting Manager and works closely with the marketing team to translate insights into action. This is a fast-paced, collaborative, in-office role that will play a key part in shaping data-driven decisions that support company growth and strategic marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a data analyst or marketing analytics role (or similarly analytical position).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL for querying datasets.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and data sources (e.g., Google Analytics, campaign tools).
  • Familiarity with Creatio or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Comfortable working with BI and reporting tools (Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter, with a desire to improve processes and reporting.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HubSpot for marketing automation, tracking, or reporting preferred.
  • Exposure to marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Hub, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Experience with Python, statistical tools, or advanced analytics workflows.
  • Background in campaign attribution, experimentation (A/B testing), or advanced segmentation.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing data from multiple sources (e.g., CRM, web analytics, campaign platforms) to evaluate campaign performance and uncover trends.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide clear insights into key marketing metrics and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to define meaningful KPIs and track performance against goals.
  • Support segmentation, customer behavior analysis, and attribution modeling to guide targeting and budget decisions.
  • Extract, clean, and transform data using SQL and other querying tools for analysis and reporting.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and present findings in a clear, compelling way for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Assist with campaign measurement strategy, A/B testing setup and analysis, and performance optimization.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across marketing tracking and reporting efforts.
