We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Data Analyst to join our in-house agency team supporting a portfolio of premium and luxury brands. This position plays a pivotal role in transforming complex marketing data into strategic insights that drive growth, retention, and long-term brand value. The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of digital marketing performance with the technical skills to work directly in BigQuery, SQL, ETL pipelines and BI visualization tools. You’ll partner with channel leads across email/SMS, paid search, paid social, CRO, and web analytics to enhance measurement frameworks and optimize media effectiveness. This role requires strong platform knowledge and hands-on experience to develop strategic, creative recommendations. You’ll execute initiatives to achieve brand objectives and confidently pressure-test insights and recommendations across the paid media team and with key stakeholder groups. You’ll collaborate across departments and business units, using a test-and-learn mindset to drive continued growth across the company. This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.
