The Marketing Data Analyst plays a critical role in powering our brands with accurate, reliable, and market-ready product data.  This position ensures the integrity, consistency, and optimization of product information across all digital and customer-facing platforms.  As a key partner to marketing, merchandising, category management, and IT, the Marketing Data Analyst transforms complex product data into actionable insights that support product launches, content strategy, pricing alignment, and overall business performance. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis; PIM/DAM systems or similar data management experience strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with a high standard for data accuracy and integrity
  • Experience working with product data, SKUs, taxonomy, and attribute management
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong skills in Work and PowerPoint
  • Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL queries preferred
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Clear communicator able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Owns and maintains the accuracy, consistency, and readiness of product data across PIM, DAM, and downstream systems
  • Review, validate, and implement product master and SKU change requests to support timely product launches
  • Serve as  PIM and DAM data steward, partnering cross-functionally to translate business and merchandising needs into scalable data structures
  • Create and maintain PIM data templates, attributes, workflows, and governance standards
  • Execute SKU creation, enrichment, and quality assurance processes across all channels
  • Monitor and report key data quality and throughout KPIs, proactively driving corrective actions
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to support content, attribute, and pricing alignment
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
