Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in creative design or a related role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, interactive media, or similar field.
  • Track record as an innovative and collaborative designer in B2B marketing.
  • Knowledge of creative strategy across mediums, especially social media.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools.
  • Understanding of visual hierarchy and effective design principles.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into visual solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven marketing.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching creative professionals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and persuasive communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Content and UX teams to meet business objectives through innovative strategies.
  • Define and document creative strategies aligned with marketing goals.
  • Conceptualize engaging creative platforms for various channels.
  • Serve as brand steward, ensuring consistency in creative standards.
  • Innovate the brand and ensure visual communication aligns with guidelines.
  • Train teams on visual branding and maintain high standards.
  • Develop templates for effective creative execution.
  • Work closely with UX and web teams for seamless digital experiences.
  • Optimize designs based on insights and performance data.
  • Present strategies and recommendations to stakeholders for alignment.
  • Audit designs to ensure quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Assess and identify opportunities within current digital content.
