This role combines strategic oversight and hands-on design execution to create, test, and optimize advertising assets across multiple campaign types. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of creativity and performance, able to design ad-ready creative, source and brief UGC content, analyze results, and scale winning concepts. This role will ensure our team maintains a constant flow of high-performing creative to fuel case growth.
