About The Position

We are looking for a high-performing Creative Strategist to join our Brand Management team. This role is a vital bridge between our Creative and Data teams, specifically focused on "lower-funnel" growth activities including ads, email, and promotional campaigns. You will be responsible for translating complex performance data into actionable creative hypotheses that drive high-volume ad output and conversion. This is a global role requiring close collaboration with our internal design and ad operations teams based in Shenzhen. Candidates must be comfortable with "evening hours" to accommodate time zone overlap for real-time collaboration with our international partners.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5+ years in a creative strategy or performance marketing role, preferably at a high-growth D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brand or agency.
  • Volume Mastery: Proven track record of managing high volumes of ad creative (spending $700k–$1M+ monthly).
  • Technical Chops: Deep familiarity with Meta Ad Library, Google Analytics, and ad performance metrics.
  • Global Mindset: Ability to work flexible "mid-day to early evening" hours to collaborate with teams in Shenzhen.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

  • Language (Preferred): Professional proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage for collaborating with our international design team.

Responsibilities

  • Data-to-Creative Translation: Analyze performance data (CTR, ROAS, CPA) from 100+ creative tests per week to identify winning patterns and brief designers on smarter iterations.
  • Campaign Strategy: Develop comprehensive creative briefs for major performance channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok) that balance brand storytelling with direct-response science.
  • AI Integration: Serve as a gatekeeper for AI implementation within creative production, policing quality while leveraging emerging tools to boost speed and volume.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with Ads Operations and Visual Design teams in Shenzhen to manage the end-to-end production lifecycle.
  • Performance Policing: Proactively audit the Meta Ads Library and internal feeds to flag branding inconsistencies and ensure only high-performing assets are live.
