This role is a vital bridge between our Creative and Data teams, specifically focused on "lower-funnel" growth activities including ads, email, and promotional campaigns. You will be responsible for translating complex performance data into actionable creative hypotheses that drive high-volume ad output and conversion. This is a global role requiring close collaboration with our internal design and ad operations teams based in Shenzhen. Candidates must be comfortable with "evening hours" to accommodate time zone overlap for real-time collaboration with our international partners.
