We’re looking for a senior performance marketer with experience leading execution across most core channels of the modern marketing stack (email, content, SEO, paid media, and/or HubSpot & RevOps), paired with strong client-facing experience and team management skills. The Role (What You’ll Actually Do) As a Performance Marketing Strategist, you will lead account teams made up of channel specialists (PPC, SEO, creative, copy, web dev etc.) and project managers to deliver results and ROI for our clients.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional marketing experience
  • Proven experience managing ongoing client relationships at a marketing agency
  • Experience overseeing multi-channel marketing programs
  • Project management experience (formal or informal)
  • Expert-level experience in at least one of the following
  • Hands-on intermediate or higher experience in at least three
  • Familiarity with all, with no more than 1–2, with zero experience
  • Email & Marketing Automation
  • Content Marketing
  • SEO
  • Paid Search
  • Paid Social (LinkedIn and/or Meta)
  • HubSpot and/or RevOps
  • Discuss these channels confidently with clients
  • Interface intelligently with channel specialists
  • Assign work and evaluate quality
  • Explain performance and tradeoffs
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proactive and responsive
  • Strong written and verbal communicator
  • Problem-solver with a “figure it out” mentality
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity
  • Resilient and determined
  • Motivated to challenge themselves and continuously learn
  • Must be located in the US or Canada
  • Must be willing to work EST hours full-time

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on strategy with the Account Director and own execution
  • Lead day-to-day client delivery and communication
  • Ensure work is executed at a high standard across channels
  • Coordinate internal project managers and channel specialists to ensure nothing slips
  • Monitor performance and proactively surface insights, risks, and opportunities
  • Be accountable for client results, retention, and delivery quality
