About The Position

We’re on the hunt for a visionary Creative Strategist to join our Brand Partnerships team and take our partnership work to exciting new heights. As our Conjurer of Creative Strategies, you’ll bridge creativity and strategy - partnering closely with our Brand Partnerships sales team to craft spellbinding in-play advertising experiences. Your main quest? To build inventive, immersive concepts that wow brands and agencies and feel right at home for gamers while they play the titles they love. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Creative Strategist, ideally within Brand Partnerships at a media, tech, or gaming company. A classic background at a top-tier agency is also a great fit.
  • An exceptional portfolio that clearly demonstrates strategic thinking and creative craft - with a strong emphasis on digital/creator surfaces, tech-forward integrations, and smart, award-worthy ideas.
  • Extensive experience leading work with sales teams, top advertising agencies, and world-class brands.
  • A proven ability to independently build breakthrough strategy and presentation decks that can stand out with agencies, brands, and the industry.
  • Outstanding communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a collaborative, kind presence - especially under pressure.
  • Gamers at heart - or genuinely passionate about video games and gaming culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop exciting ideas and creative solutions for in-game advertising that feel seamless and natural inside a game’s environment.
  • Translate solid concepts into clear creative directions, briefs, and assets.
  • Partner with leading ad agencies and global brands as a trusted gaming and creative strategy advisor.
  • Build strong, story-led creative presentations, partnering with designers on mockups and visuals, and aligning closely with Media and Product to keep the strategy coherent end-to-end.
  • Pitch concepts to clients/brand teams/agencies - and own the follow-through through execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Media, BI, Sales, Product, R&D, and in-game creators to bring ideas to life.
