About The Position

The Marketing Creative Director oversees ECS's Digital, Design and Communications teams aligning strategies with enterprise objectives

Requirements

  • 15+ years of marketing-related experience (preferably within the design or A/E/C industry)
  • BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or similar required.
  • If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver's license is required.
  • 15+ years in a marketing leadership position, consisting of management and development of people and budget accountability.
  • A track record of performance, managing complexity, and working effectively with leaders at all levels of organizations.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and execute plans.
  • Demonstrated insight into emerging marketing, communications, and creative trends.
  • Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Analytics: Identifies rules, principles, or relationships that explain facts, data, or other information. Analyzes information and makes correct inferences or draws accurate conclusions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight of ECS's Digital & Design Team and Communications Team, including video production.
  • Guide development and maintenance of ECS's visual identity, brand standards, and creative frameworks.
  • Oversee internal and external communications strategies to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with enterprise objectives.
  • Lead development of creative solutions and multimedia content that support marketing, recruiting, and business development initiatives.
  • Oversee digital engagement strategies, including UX/UI, visual communication, and content optimization.
  • Collect and evaluate metrics and performance insights to improve creative effectiveness and communications impact.
  • Cultivate collaboration strategies and career growth opportunities for creative and communications teams.
  • Engage with leadership teams throughout the company for alignment, partnership, and support of business priorities.
  • Partner with Marketing leadership and Strategic Pursuits for overall marketing cohesiveness and best practices.
  • Act as a member of the executive marketing leadership team with responsibility for supporting company goals and objectives.
  • Engage vendors and external partners to maintain brand integrity and creative standards.
