About The Position

As Marketing Copywriter Intern, you will join an experienced and dynamic Copy team to develop engaging and persuasive copy for both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) communications. You must be responsive, flexible and demonstrate exceptional writing and communication skills. Our internships are full-time positions, and interns should expect to work Monday-Friday, up to 40 hours per week, typically between 8 AM-5 PM. Specific team norms around working hours will be communicated by your manager. Interns should not have conflicts such as classes or other employment during the workday. Applicants should have a minimum of one quarter/semester/trimester remaining in their studies after their internship concludes. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field, with an expected graduation conferral date between Winter 2026-Spring 2027
  • Able to work up to 40 hours per week throughout the course of a 10 to 12-week summer internship between May through September 2026.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and platforms.
  • Creativity and a passion for storytelling through written content.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrates initiative, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Copy team to develop engaging and persuasive copy for both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) communications.
  • Assist in writing and editing copy for emails, SMS texts, web, print/catalog, paid and organic social, product descriptions and more.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all copy aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and voice.
  • Participate in the review and feedback process to refine and enhance copy effectiveness.
  • Proofread all pieces for accuracy and tone.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and copywriting.
