About The Position

Vista Dental Group is seeking a relationship-driven Marketing Coordinator – Referral Outreach whose primary focus is to grow and strengthen referral relationships with referring dental offices. This role is responsible for increasing the number of patient referrals through proactive outreach, relationship management, and strategic marketing support.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and comfortable representing Vista Dental Group both digitally and in person while building long-term professional relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or referral outreach preferred
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong follow-through
• Comfortable with in-person outreach and professional networking

• Healthcare or dental industry experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow relationships with referring dental offices
• Increase referral volume through consistent outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-building initiatives
• Coordinate referral visits, drop-offs, lunch & learns and additional touchpoints with referring offices
• Manage referral marketing materials and ensure offices are equipped with updated resources
• Track referral activity and maintain accurate records of outreach efforts
• Identify opportunities to expand referral networks and improve referral experience
• Coordinate events and sponsorships that support referral engagement and community visibility
• Represent Vista Dental Group at networking, referral, and community events
• Manage event logistics, materials, and post-event follow-up
• Manage swag inventory for referral offices, events, and internal use
• Coordinate ordering, storage, and distribution of branded materials
• Manage referral-focused and patient email campaigns
• Coordinate content, scheduling, and basic performance tracking
• Support social media efforts with an emphasis on referral visibility and professional branding
• Assist with website updates related to referral partners and services
