We are looking for a motivated and forward-minded Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, assisting with content creation, conducting market research, managing social media platforms, and coordinating promotional events and tradeshows. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing one)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing business accounts on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing software and tools (e.g. Canva, Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Hootsuite)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Animator)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Creative mindset, with an eagerness to learn and collaborate as a team

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with graphic design and content creation
  • Experience using a CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Creative writing experience
  • Photography and/or videography experience
  • Knowledge of SEO and basic HTML
  • Previous internship or experience in a marketing role

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive strategies
  • Assist with updating the company's website and social media accounts
  • Help coordinate and promote promotional events, trade shows, and webinars
  • Help prepare marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
  • Maintain and update product information and imagery across all platforms to ensure accurate, current, and visually appealing content is displayed for customers.
  • Ability to capture and edit product photography as needed to maintain accurate and visually appealing content.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to ensure product offerings remain aligned with industry trends and customer expectations.
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance metrics
  • Support email marketing campaigns, including list management and scheduling
  • Liaise with external vendors, partners, and influencers as needed
  • Help organize and maintain marketing databases and content libraries
  • Perform administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities
