We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist in developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives to drive company growth. This role requires managing administrative tasks, coordinating with our marketing vendors and internal teams, managing social media and analyzing campaign performance to increase brand awareness.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office with an emphasis on PowerPoint. Experience with Sales Force a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

  • Ability to attend trade shows and events as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Work with our vendor to create, schedule and manage content for our intranet, website and social media platforms.
  • Track marketing campaign results and prepare reports on performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with our vendor to order/manage marketing materials and maintain an inventory of promotional products.
  • Assist the sales team with organizing trade shows, conferences and promotional events.
  • Other duties as assigned.
