About The Position

AuBurn Pharmacy is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator for a permanent, ongoing role. This will be located at our Corporate office in Garnett, KS. Shifts will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm. This is not a seasonal or temporary position. This position also has the opportunity to go Full Time in the future. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day marketing operations, with a focus on social media management, internal communications, and coordination of marketing initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment preferred
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all company social media channels and digital communication platforms
  • Create, schedule, and update content calendars for social media, internal screens, and digital signage
  • Assist with content creation including photo, video, and written materials
  • Coordinate marketing efforts across departments and support internal/external communications
  • Manage event logistics including registrations, promotional materials, and fulfillment
  • Oversee sponsorships, donations, and community engagement tracking
  • Monitor social media engagement and brand reputation, coordinating responses as needed
  • Support execution of marketing campaigns, events, and internal initiatives
