About The Position

Passero Associates’ Rochester Office has an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to perform Proposal and Presentation Development, Public Relations, Communications, and CRM, working closely with engineers and architects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
2-5 years marketing or equivalent experience, A/E firm experience preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and work well with a variety of staff.
Visually literate with strong verbal and graphic communication skills.
Capable of working productively in a team setting and independently.
A strong work ethic, flexibility and a creative approach to problem solving are essential.
Must be able to adjust to multiple, concurrent deadlines.
Focused on quality deliverables; highly accurate with a strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Client Relationship Management Systems (e.g. Cosential), a plus.

Responsibilities

Generate proposals and prepare for interviews for potential clients and targets.
Work closely with firm management and project managers to develop deadline-sensitive deliverables such as proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and award submissions.
Compile and edit content from various sources into cohesive marketing materials including cover letters, resumes, boilerplate information, and project descriptions.
Conduct research, coordinate consultant materials, customize project profiles and team information, and develop customized graphic layouts.
Assist with website updates and social media communication.
Assist with preparation and design of brochures, advertising, newsletters, and other graphics projects.
Assist with other administrative duties as requested.
