The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Marketing Team with tasks that include social media, designing of marketing materials, marketing administrative duties with scheduling, calendaring, bill coding and processing, along with vendor administration. The position requires someone with great communication skills, adaptability and flexibility with a multitude of dynamic tasks and deadlines. The Marketing Coordinator will also be working with the field on creative requests and events.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role.
Highly organized and motivated; ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing principles.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice To Haves

Experience with HubSpot is ideal; knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus.
Light design experience preferred; proficiency in design tools is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Assist the VP of Marketing in daily operations and project management
Manage and prioritize workload for the marketing department, helping to ensure projects are completed on time.
Coordinate daily administrative duties including calendar, Nexus coding and invoicing, scheduling, vendor follow up
Respond to all social media/ Chatmeter responses on a daily basis
Design work to create marketing collateral via Adobe Suite: InDesign, Photoshop
Create blog content
Assist with marketing reporting/dashboard to include Google Analytics, Google TagManger, Adwords, SEO optimization and reporting into Klipfolio dashboard
Assist with the implementation and management of HubSpot for marketing automation and customer relationship management.
Design Center support of incoming creative requests
Assist media team with writing press releases and distribution on the national and regional wire, with monitoring and reporting
Assist with the YES Design Center build out of design plans, assisting with ordering through design vendors and also coordinating updates of the YES Design Center website on Image Bank with writing HTML code for page buildout
Ability to quickly assist YES departments and the field with ongoing requests with exceptional customer service
