About The Position

Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to manage multiple forms of media including socials, digital and traditional. The ideal candidate will create engaging marketing content and continue our strong relationships with vendors. Strong administrative & communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating various marketing initiatives are a must.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of marketing experience
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn new products, software, and skills
  • Knowledge of digital platforms such as Adobe Creative Cloud and File Maker
  • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
  • Detail and relationship oriented; gets along well as part of a team
  • Able to manage many tasks simultaneously
  • Strong people skills, follow up skills and ability to troubleshoot and help resolve issues
  • Comfortable communicating with vendors one-on-one and to a larger audience

Nice To Haves

  • Building materials experience, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maximize co-marketing opportunities and leverage available marketing funds
  • Oversee all company branding efforts, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines across digital, print, and physical marketing materials
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for media partners, ensuring consistent and effective messaging across all platforms
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking ROI on marketing initiatives
  • Manage the company’s online presence, including oversight of social media accounts, the company website, and email marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with company management to develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at promoting key products and raising brand awareness
  • Collaborate with HR and management to keep employees informed and engaged by highlighting company culture, events, and milestones including the employee newsletter and initiatives to celebrate positive company achievements
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners to enhance the company’s presence and impact within the local area
