Responsibilities

  • Support marketing efforts for all properties, including lease-ups and stabilized communities.
  • Coordinate the management and maintenance of property websites, digital listings, and online content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing strategies tailored to assigned properties, including advertising, events, promotions, and resident outreach.
  • Develop and distribute marketing materials such as flyers, email blasts, social media posts, and digital ads.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance data from CRM systems, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms.
  • Oversee CRM systems, including onboarding support for leasing teams, ongoing audits, and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Assist in managing TRG’s social media presence by monitoring pages, responding to comments, and ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Partner with onsite teams to coordinate and promote resident events, leasing campaigns, and community engagement activities.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of design assets and marketing collateral for properties across the portfolio.
  • Support ordering, inventory management, and vendor sourcing for branded materials, move-in gifts, and marketing supplies.
  • Maintain an organized library of digital assets, event photos, and marketing resources for company-wide use.
  • Assist with new property activations by coordinating marketing needs, signage, and office branding elements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and new marketing technologies to inform future initiatives.
  • Provide training and guidance to onsite teams on marketing best practices, CRM usage, and customer engagement techniques.
  • Prepare regular reports on property marketing performance, leasing data, mystery shops, and resident feedback to identify areas for improvement.
