About The Position

WHAT YOU’LL DO - Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including but not limited to Internal collateral and marketing assets such as photography/resort images, videos, ad & mail templates, etc. - Attend/take minutes of bi-weekly and monthly marketing calls and internal meetings. - Utilize Adobe products and Canva for creation of materials, i.e. Monthly Calendar, menus, etc. Database management and coordination in Mailchimp. - Assist in creating Experiences in WAY. - Answer telephone and assist internal and external guests with requests. - Order marketing materials (i.e. from ODP and for printer) and assist w/ overseeing guest reviews such as Yelp, Google, Trip Advisor, etc. ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES - Attend bi-weekly departmental meetings and other scheduled meetings to support business operations, such as internal marketing and Noble Studios meetings. - Keep work area clean and organized. - Assists with special projects assigned by management. - Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required by management. - Maintain a good working relationship with colleagues, other departments, employees, and guests. WHAT YOU BRING - Ability to handle multiple customer and operational demands with a high degree of professionalism, operating often with time sensitive deadlines. - Ability to use time management skills to complete tasks timely meeting required deadlines. - Interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction for internal/external guests. - Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods. - Skilled with the use of multi-line telephones and with voice mail. - Proficiency in the use and operation of computer systems: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other systems (i.e., Access, Outlook, Adobe, Canva and other relevant programs). - Office machine experience: photo copiers with sorting and stapling ability. - Excellent communication skills to include the ability to read write and speak the English language to fully comprehend guest requests, memos, proposals, general correspondence and similar written materials. - High School graduate or equivalent preferred. 4 year college degree preferred. - Requires a minimum of two year’s of experience in guest contact areas of the hospitality industry. Hotel Experience preferred. Must have one year previous experience as administrative assistant in related field preferred.
