  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • A proactive, “roll up your sleeves” approach to getting work done
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn more about marketing strategy, execution, and tools
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
  • Confidence contributing ideas and explaining rationale
  • Strong prioritization skills and comfort shifting between requests
  • A positive, flexible, and “can-do” attitude
  • Willingness to adapt to evolving business needs and take on additional responsibilities over time

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming marketing requests, helping gather requirements, clarify needs, and route work appropriately
  • Guide internal stakeholders through structured intake and project briefing to set expectations around timelines, templates, and available solutions

  • Track proofs, revisions, and approvals to support on time delivery of materials
  • Support planning and execution of marketing events by coordinating materials, timelines, and internal inputs
