About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social, events, and partnerships. This role plays a key part in bringing campaigns to life—ensuring timelines are met, assets are coordinated, and brand moments are executed. This is a collaborative, detail-oriented role that requires organization, clear communication, and the ability to move at a fast pace. This role will collaborate with internal and external partners to support Pressed storytelling and help drive engagement across all our sales channels. Key projects for the Marketing Coordinator include: VIP Partnership Perks program Pride campaign Summer Travel campaign Pressed x Disney’s Descendants Ongoing in-kind product donations for brand partner events

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Marketing, PR, Partnerships, or related field (internships included).
  • Passion for brand building, storytelling, and culture-driven marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with influencer marketing or events is a plus.
  • Experience in CPG, wellness, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, events, and partnerships.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and assets to ensure campaigns launch on schedule.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and documentation.
  • Maintain regular, reliable attendance and actively participate in required meetings, trainings, and company events in alignment with business needs.
  • Attend all mandatory meetings.
  • Assist with influencer and brand partnership outreach, gifting, and relationship management.
  • Support management of PR agencies, including coordinating communications, tracking deliverables, sharing assets/products, and assisting with press opportunities and reporting.
  • Coordinate product shipments to influencers, partners, and events, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Source and onboard brand partners for the VIP perks program, including vetting and coordinating partnership details.
  • Help plan and execute events, activations, and brand moments.
  • Support ongoing product donations for brand partner events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Social, Sales, Operations) and external partners to bring campaigns to life.
  • Assist in briefing creative teams and gathering inputs from stakeholders.
