The Junior Marketing Coordinator will support a range of efforts that help the Marketing Department and the broader firm pursue work, communicate ideas, and share the stories of our projects. Responsibilities may include maintaining project and CRM information, assisting with social media, website, and other communications content, supporting project photography shoots, helping prepare awards submissions, organizing imagery and marketing archives, and contributing to broader initiatives, events, and studio communications. This is a part-time, in-person role based in our New Orleans studio. The selected candidate will be expected to work approximately 20 hours per week on the following schedule: Monday and Tuesdays: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM Thursdays: 8:30 AM 12:30 PM (could be flexible on the day) The anticipated start date for this position is May 4, 2026 , with an expected end date on October 2, 2026 . Applicants should be available to work consistently throughout the full duration of the temporary assignment.
