About The Position

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Junior Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of high-volume content and marketing campaigns. This role acts as the central coordination point between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring that content production flows smoothly from ideation to publishing. In addition to coordination, the role offers hands-on exposure to content creation, including writing, basic design, and editing. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple moving parts efficiently, and take ownership of timelines and deliverables. This position is well-suited for someone eager to learn, build foundational marketing skills, and gain end-to-end visibility into content-driven marketing operations.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in coordinating and following up with stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate content shoots by scheduling timelines, aligning stakeholders, and managing logistics
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of content production
  • Manage follow-ups with stakeholders to gather required inputs such as scripts, approvals, and participation
  • Oversee post-production workflows by coordinating with editors and designers to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain and update the master content calendar, tracking deadlines and dependencies
  • Identify potential delays and proactively address risks to ensure timely campaign execution
  • Support content creation through writing, basic design, and minor video editing tasks
  • Assist in capturing content during shoots, including candid moments and supporting visuals
  • Ensure all deliverables are aligned with campaign goals and quality standards
  • Facilitate seamless communication across teams to maintain workflow efficiency
