About The Position

As our Marketing Coordinator in the Consumer Division, you’ll play a critical role in supporting MASA’s B2C marketing efforts by serving as the operational backbone for seminar execution. Your work will directly impact attendance outcomes, sales effectiveness, and the overall customer experience -- all while supporting a mission that truly matters. In this role, you’ll own seminar change workflows from start to finish, monitor capacity and risk thresholds, and ensure accurate, timely communication across teams and systems. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Seminar Operations Support, Venue Booking, and Marketing leadership to make informed decisions that balance operational integrity with business results. Learn more at https://www.masaaccess.com What You Will Do Reporting to our Sr. Director of Market Operations (Seminars), your main responsibilities will include: Owning and executing seminar change workflows, including cancellations, moves, and redirects, while applying established policies and sound judgment Reviewing seminar change requests for accuracy, completeness, business impact, and required approvals; resolving non-routine exceptions and escalating risks when appropriate Analyzing seminar capacity data using approved reports and thresholds to identify risks, opportunities, and required interventions Recommending and coordinating capacity-driven actions (such as sold-out status or redirects) in partnership with Sales and Marketing leadership Ensuring accurate, timely updates across LMS, CRM, and related systems to maintain data integrity and operational alignment Serving as the primary operational liaison between Marketing, Sales, Seminar Operations Support, and Venue Booking Developing and managing clear, professional internal and external communications related to seminar changes What You Bring A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent (required) At least 2 years of experience in marketing operations, event coordination, or administrative project coordination Strong organizational and process management skills with exceptional attention to detail Experience working with CRM and LMS platforms, spreadsheets, and workflow tools (such as Excel or Wrike) Proven ability to manage high-volume, high-risk workflows while exercising independent judgment Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams What We Will Provide You Competitive base salary and comprehensive employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, and vision insurance with highly rated carriers; a 401(k) program with a company match; paid time off; company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, and basic life insurance; and a free MASA membership. Requirements

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent (required)
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing operations, event coordination, or administrative project coordination
  • Strong organizational and process management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience working with CRM and LMS platforms, spreadsheets, and workflow tools (such as Excel or Wrike)
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, high-risk workflows while exercising independent judgment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams
