About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans for Hattiesburg Clinic providers, locations, and service lines. This position will develop, evaluate, and support the implementation of marketing initiatives that will serve to enhance the overall effectiveness and profitability of Hattiesburg Clinic.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations or Communications, required
  • If no Bachelor’s degree, the equivalent in related experience could also be considered
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Must understand marketing concepts and practices.
  • Must be self-directed, possess initiative and strong follow-through traits, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be a proactive problem solver.
  • Must be self-directed and reliable in planning and implementation of initiatives.
  • Must have ability to work with various individuals, make good decisions and resolve problems.
  • Must be sensitive to changing market needs and can initiate innovative campaign strategies.
  • Must work within the department’s mission, vision and values.
  • Must maintain an active and positive approach in continuing education and career development.
  • Must operate within the Marketing & Communications budget.
